Woman at the Temple is a series that originated after my first journey to Japan in 2018—a trip that allowed me to discover myself and understand who I wanted to become. This series is inspired by the spirituality that resides within each of us.

The temple serves as a symbol of our inner sanctuary, a place where we seek balance when it falters, revisit memories, search for hope, or simply strive to reconnect with ourselves.

The figure of the woman is a constant presence in my work—in this series, she enters her spiritual temple and embarks on an introspective journey within.
